“First experience with furniture village Tamworth. First class products and service. Helpful but not pushy staff. Offered help if needed, but let you look around at your leisure. David who helped us was really knowledgeable about the range of furniture we were interested in, very polite not at all pushing to sell. We didn't feel pressured to buy. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again. The range of furniture we did buy is so lovely & comfortable.”

“Have used the Kings Heath branch of Delight Sleep a couple of years ago ordering two double beds and one king size bed. The customer service then was second to none with the owner making a personal visit to our home to make sure that the king size bed could fit and it did. Used the same store again last month in helping my Mom purchase a new bed and bedroom furniture the service was exceptional. Made a personal visit to my Mom’s home and helped with the measurements. No pushy sales pitch, gave good and sound advice to my Mom who is very happy with her purchase. Would 100% recommend this company to anyone - reasonable prices, good furniture and great customer service.”

“We visited this store yesterday and ended up buying 2 chairs and looking at various other items around the shop. We were helped by Haris during our visit. He was extremely helpful - he's a credit to the company, no pushy salesperson tactics either..... We've used this branch of Furniture Village previously and the staff have always been great. Obviously I'm just a random person on the internet, but I like to give credit where it is due and thank Furniture Village Solihull (& Haris in particular) for a great experience. I was almost happy to hand my hard earned wages over for the service and chairs! Don't forget to have a free cookie & drink, they're almost as nice as the staff there..... Hopefully the chair picture has uploaded, this is probably the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in (Lindos), nicely adjustable too! (Lots of colour options are available). If you've read this far, thanks, you will enjoy your visit to Furniture Village Solihull, great place to buy various items for your home and staffed by nice people too!
