   Absolutely shocking customer service!!!!! I bought a mattress from this company a while ago, which is still under warranty and has developed a fault. According to the manufacturer, I needed to contact the seller to handle the claim — their responsibility is to pass my communication to the manufacturer. I have sent multiple emails explaining the issue with clear pictures, but for months nothing has been forwarded to the manufacturer. When I tried calling, the owner “Jas” answered and pretended to be just an employee, claiming that the information had already been sent — yet no response ever came. Now they’ve completely stopped answering calls or replying to emails. I’m left with a faulty product that’s still under warranty and absolutely no support from the seller. An absolute shocker — avoid at all costs!

   The bed was delivered at 0730 and installed in the bedroom. My husband and I have slipped disc's in our backs. The men unwrapped the bed and pushed in the gliders for me. We were really grateful for just going over the expectation.. It is a reinforced single bed and tonight will be used. I found the online support to buy the bed very good indeed. Thank you JSB.

   A wonderful experience from start to finish! Raj , in store, was very knowledgeable about beds and extremely helpful. Told on ordering it would be delivered in two weeks and was contacted a few days before delivery to confirm the date and time. Tracking app was excellent and two very polite young men delivered and assembled my furniture and removed all the rubbish well within the three hour delivery slot. Thank you to everyone involved.

   I found JSB Furniture whilst looking for a Mammoth Shine mattress. Their prices were a few hundred pounds cheaper than any other retailer locally or across the internet. Although there was a wait for delivery, this was made perfectly clear from the outset. Delivery was however, arranged by them on a date suitable for ourselves, and sooner than expected. Excellent communication from JSB, via email and phone. Delivery was monitorable on the delivery map which updated frequently. Very handy, as I was able to step out of the door before the van turned into our road. We would definitely use JSB again in the future, and shall look there first if we need any other items. Thank you for an excellent service from start to delivery.

   Brilliant. Delivered super quickly - we were moving house and we just assumed we’d be on a sofa bed for a week or so, but they delivered the mattress the day before we moved in which was brilliant. The two delivery men were also really good. I think they got there a bit early to deliver so waited before giving us a call which was really good as we had 7am delivery and were driving over to the house at the time. Overall really impressed. Also good mattress price! We chose the mattress as we stayed in a hotel with the same mattress and it’s half the price of previous ones we’ve bought and twice as comfy!

   They deliver on Sunday!!! What a genius idea! The customer service from this company is simply the best. It's my first time ordering and I ordered a mattress (a very heavy one at that). I was kept informed from when I placed the order to the day the mattress was delivered. The two guys who delivered the mattress had to take it up two flights of stairs as I live in a townhouse. They were both very polite, respectful and professional and nothing seemed too much to ask. I asked them if they could take their shoes off or if I could give them overshoes as my carpet is really light, they offered to take their shoes off and they never complained or showed any reluctance to. Very impressive service all in all, I would definitely highly recommend and I would not think twice about ordering from them again!
