   We visited furniture village today to look at a couple of their dining tables we’d seen online. We were greeted by Matt who was very friendly, after briefly informing us where things were he left us to look around (which is lovely considering we’d been in other shops the day before and had been followed around by the salesperson) Matt offered us his expert advice and was very helpful once completing the sale. We would definitely return to Furniture Village if we were in the market for new furniture in the future.

   We had a lovely experience when buying our sofa. We had been to other sofa shops and they were very pushy so we left. This was not the case at Furniture Village. We chose the sofa we liked then approached one of the sales team his name was David Edwards. He was amazing and explained all the paperwork to us, he made it a very pleasant experience and we will definitely return to the store for any other furniture we may need. Thank you

   We came specially to the Tamworth store as there was an item of furniture in the Sale that we couldn't get in our local store. Tony the sales manager was super helpful and even helped us make sure the item would fit in our car prior to purchase. We did purchase a few other items and Tony arranged delivery and even gave us some discounts for purchasing multiple items. We really are delighted with our experience at Furniture Village Tamworth and would definitely recommend this store.

   First experience with furniture village Tamworth. First class products and service. Helpful but not pushy staff. Offered help if needed, but let you look around at your leisure. David who helped us was really knowledgeable about the range of furniture we were interested in, very polite not at all pushing to sell. We didn't feel pressured to buy. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again. The range of furniture we did buy is so lovely & comfortable.

   I would give 5 stars but for the fact that we only placed the order today. Our sales consultant Cameron was so helpful. Professional without being intrusive, not ‘pushy’, but with his knowledge & confidence he struck the right balance as a sales person. Very happy with the service thus far.

   2 visits to buy the perfect corner suite combination during the very busy Boxing Day/New Year period. Very impressed by Steve Waterhouse and his attention to detail and patience but lack of any pushiness. Would highly recommend the Tamworth store. They just seemed more on our agenda than their own which is what you want went spending thousands of your hard-earned pounds. Great choice available in styles , colours and materials. Something for everyone. Even the dog!
