David who helped us was really knowledgeable about the range of furniture we were interested in, very polite not at all pushing to sell. We didn't feel pressured to buy. Wouldn't hesitate to go there again. The range of furniture we did buy is so lovely & comfortable.”

“We visited Kerry with a piece of furniture in need of attention. It had previously had shabby chic style. Kerry was very helpful and informative, explained the process, stripping the paint sanding and waxing, Kerry helped us pick a colour, and sent us pictures of the progress. “Fantastic service. I went in to look for bookshelves to compliment some furniture I already have. I already had measurements and photos of what I needed it to go with. I explained to the lady what I was looking for and she showed me some that matched my requirements and helped me to narrow it down to what was the best fit. I needed to go home and look at what changes I would need to make to accomodate the best option. There was no hard sell. I returned later and double checked on colour and the size then went ahead with my order. No pressure from staff at all just friendly and very helpful. I went to the Tamworth Store and would highly recommend them.”
