   Just brought some paint from Tamworth b&q. Went to the checkout tills, wasn't busy. One young lady serving us was so so miserable, we would have got more communication from a robot. Do young people know how to be polite and have manners these days or just give customers the silent treatment. Maybe b&q need to train some staff in customer social skills.

   Thank you Tracey at Tamworth for being so helpful & informative about some paint i needed, i was trying to match with small piece off my wall. Great service, didn't have a clue about paint, even informed me how if left in tin for certain period of time, can split & just bring back & they could pop in machine to re-mix.    I always find it hard to find what I want. Take photos to compare in other stores. They never have what I'm looking for but can guide you to one of their other stores. I only want to buy everything from the same place. Not go to Lichfield Then Tamworth Then to Burton. Why can't they stock everything in one store.
