“I first started using Euro SDB to deliver our full pallet stock in August 2022 alongside multiple other couriers, we have now limited this down to just Euro SDB and another small item courier. Euro SDB is by far the most reliable of the couriers I have used and what sets them apart is the swift resolution service Abigail/Kate and Sally provide, it puts you at ease to have a courier you work with that actually aims to get you a swift response (Within 15 mins - 1 hour!!). Richard quite often comes to collect our pallets as a driver who is excellent and the majority of drivers who do come here do go the extra mile to get the pallets on.”

Right from the beginning of the enquiry until the job was done everything was well communicated, an honest decent price was agreed on, Martin and his team were very helpful, made us laugh and got everything done so quickly! for me communication is key, and the team provided it brilliantly from informing me of there delays, and also confirming the booking few days before hand.
