   I was in need of transport to take some stock back to a supplier to swap for another product. I spoke to Abigail initially to see if this was something they could do and within the timescale I needed she was more than helpful. Peter rang back and agreed a price and the collection/delivery was organised. Sally rang me the next day to update me on when the products were to come back. All in all a great experience and highly recommend

   Dealt with Euro SDB for numerous years and can not rate the service and staff enough. We have daily collections and the vehicle is always on time. The lovely, helpful Abi checks daily to ensure there are no issues with each delivery. If there is a problem, she will go above and beyond to resolve. Pete & Sally are also amazing. I wish I could give a higher rating as I feel more like a friend than a customer which is exactly how I like it. Keep up the good work my lovelies. Jess

   I first started using Euro SDB to deliver our full pallet stock in August 2022 alongside multiple other couriers, we have now limited this down to just Euro SDB and another small item courier. Euro SDB is by far the most reliable of the couriers I have used and what sets them apart is the swift resolution service Abigail/Kate and Sally provide, it puts you at ease to have a courier you work with that actually aims to get you a swift response (Within 15 mins - 1 hour!!). Richard quite often comes to collect our pallets as a driver who is excellent and the majority of drivers who do come here do go the extra mile to get the pallets on.

   All i can say is PERFECT they go the extra mile trying to sort out my Transport Problems The office staff are Very Friendly and helpful, The pallet network side Fantastic (Abi & Chris) the Transport side (Sam) way past helpful , to be honest we are growing due to the Team at Euro SDB 5 plus stars. You cannot go wrong with this Team behind your company
