   Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, given time to think about it, no pressure and then what is truly rare these days true customer service. Delivery was on time, smooth and obstacles overcome, there are 25 stairs to my apartment and this table is heavy. As I’m sure you will agree from the pictures a stunning piece of furniture. Plus the tri plane, years ago we owned a Tiger Moth which is a bi plane, however it was used in the film Aces High and another wing built on to make a tri plane ( later retuned to its original body) my dear friend bought it for me for my 75th birthday. One very happy bunny

   I cannot recommend the whole team highly enough . The owner and shop staff were fantastic both in customer service and helpfulness from start to delivery. Professional and courteous attitude secured our purchases of 6 mango wood products and we were more than happy with ALL of our purchases. If you want to feel valued as a customer , you will be. We must have tried their patience with holding back our delivery and delivery help but the service was beyond reproach and I simply cannot praise them highly enough, they made our purchase well worth the distance we travelled to their shop. Thank you all.

   Two excellent experiences with this company. First with a beautiful teak root console table which you can see in the photo. Turned this into a glass dining table which has had so many compliments. It's a shame that they can't source any more of these but really grateful I managed to get one! The second is this teak root glass centerpiece I've got on the dining table. First saw these being made in Bali and very grateful that Paraphernalia sourced these in their shop so I could finally have this at home! Customer service is personal and Joy goes above and beyond to help you with any questions you have. I'm already saving up for my next furniture purchases!

   This place is a hidden treasure in Lichfield! Filled with the most gorgeous pieces of furniture and trinkets. We bought & collected a gorgeous large Indian Rosewood unit today.
