   Terrible work surface quality. For the price you would expect the work surface to last at least 6 weeks lol! The delivery team were great however the customer service team is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all as my work surface has split and ripped after just 6 weeks of fitting. I had a professional kitchen fitter come round to access the damage and he said the quality of the surfaces is well below average. The customer service team have tried to blame the damage on “ water damage.” Am I wrong in thinking a kitchen work surface should be up to a certain level water resistant? By this i mean the bare minimum daily tasks that would involve water, wiping the surface, the surface near the sink which we wipe down straight after washing up etc. just the bare minimum really! Terrible terrible. Don’t buy.

   We recently purchased a worktop in Sherwook Oak and it is just as beautiful in our kitchen as it looked in the showroom. Initially we were after other shades which were unavailable but Charlotte was really helpful in making sure we left happy with a worktop colour. Thank you again, amazing customer service from the staff :)

   We’re preparing to remodel our first kitchen and have no idea where to start. Charlotte is so helpful explaining the characteristics of different laminated and solid worktops to us without any pressure in placing an order. She has even helped us to sort out the usage making sure we’ve everything we need to get started with solid wood worktops. The worktop samples provided is so useful for us to finalising the overall colour scheme. Just visit the marvellous sales team there if you need any professional advice, and a warm welcome :)

   We went to the Birmingham worktop express back in January (house renovations distracted us since then) and we purchased the burned copper worktop. The staff in store were super helpful in assisting us with a colour to choose. The intention is to paint our cupboards a dark grey, and they got cupboard samples to hold against the copper worktop to help us envision the outcome. We were sold! The advice given was great, prompt delivery too and we now have it all fully installed. Would definitely recommend this store to others. Friendly service and quality products make all the difference!

   Hi we recently bought laminate Calcutta work tops from Smethwick branch at very good discounted price. Staff (lady) was very coming and do it us know about the offers going on. Best thing is it got smooth and curve edges.I did kitchen job to two of my customers and my customers were very happy with product. Recommend buyers do pop in.

   Visited the showroom to look at options as we needed a radius curve on one of the pieces of worktop having been let down by our kitchen supplier who supplied a curved edged as opposed to square edged worktop which we found was not suitable for such a cut after it was too late. Discussed our options with Charlotte who was delightful and could not have been more helpful. Ordering process was straightforward and communication up to delivery was excellent. Worktop now fitted and we are delighted with the outcome.
