Sami, the owner, was very helpful and easy to deal with. I ordered a bed which was delivered a couple of days later. After a couple of weeks of use by an elderly parent we decided the base was too high. He was able to order a lower base at minimal additional cost and take back the original. All delivery and installation was very smooth.

Great experience! Mr. Singh was very helpful and respectful throughout. Our Super King bed and mattress were delivered just 1.5 weeks after placing the order, which was impressive. Although the headboard was too large to fit up the stairs to our first floor, the team went above and beyond — they took it back, split it into two pieces, and had it redelivered the very next day. Mr Singh the owner has been a pleasure to deal with during a difficult time when by brother passed away. My brother had items on order which he hadn't taken delivery of due to a protracted retirement flat purchase. After friendly negotiation he refunded a decent percentage.
