I used their online services. Extremely responsive and interpersonal emails throughout the process. While I was just outside of the threshold for delivery, they still personally delivered anyway. The driver was very kind to go the extra mile to move the chair for us. Despite it being a second hand chair also, it looks almost brand new. Highly recommend, good prices, no complaints at all.

Third time I've used city furniture. First time in the new location in Chester. Huge warehouse, lots of stock, well organised, honest prices, helpful and friendly staff, what more could you ask. Quality too - the office chairs I bought several years ago for small home office and teenage kids still going strong.
Called in to the showroom on a Tuesday at around 10.30am and advised the guys what we were looking for, was shown lots of options and was able to source exactly what we needed, plus more, at a great price. Was all delivered same day by 2pm too (granted we were on the same estate but it was still a great effort by the team to deliver on such short notice). I'm opening up a new office and was recommended the company by someone in my building. I dropped by their warehouse and picked out a few desks and chairs and they explained that they were booked up until the next week which wasn't ideal for me as I needed the furniture for my new starters. They made changes to their deliveries and fitted me in for delivery next day. Exceptional service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team.
