   Absolutely excellent service. Jennifer went above and beyond to solve supplier issues and kept us in the loop continuously. The team designed a beautiful kitchen for us, listening to our requests and showing us various options to make sure it was just right. And Simon came up with the perfect plans for layout of electrics and made sure the bare shell was perfect for the kitchen to just slot into. Our kitchen is absolutely stunning, and David prepped and fitted the kitchen expertly. Couldn't ask for better. Highly, highly recommend.

   I highly reccomend Indi kitchens. I loved working with everyone involved in the process of designing & putting in my new kitchen. Jennifer really listened to my ideas & enhanced them with her own. When the kitchen was being put in David was more than happy to adapt & change ideas to fit the room better. Simon oversaw everything so there was absolutely no pressure on us to organise painters, plasterers, etc. Nothing was too much trouble. They made the whole process as easy as possible. I absolutely love my new kitchen. Thank you so much Indi kitchens!

   I would not recommend. Customer service is very very poor. Over promise and under deliver. Always blaming another person and don't seem to have a computer system that allows everyone to access it to get information about your order.....even a book for orders would be more efficient here. Our items were delayed for all sorts of reasons that I won't detail here. So far our kitchen doors are fine, but, they're only on a short time, due to delays. Thankfully I didn't rely on them fitting them, goodness knows how that would have gone. And, we needed 2 x small additional bits, 1 our fault and 1 their fault and it took almost 3 weeks to get these. I got tired listening to excuse after excuse

Provided plenty of samples and design advice. Nothing is too much trouble. Amazing woodwork and attention to detail. Thank you Indi . Would highly recommend.

David and his fitting team not only brought great attention to detail but outstanding professionalism with a very questioning 6 year old running around.
