   Disappointed with the communication in this store. We visited in January and found a mattress we liked. We were told that it would be 6-7 weeks delivery and that we could pay a deposit that day and then pick a delivery date when it arrived. We didn’t commit to anything that day so went back in the middle of February and were told the same thing by a different salesperson. We explained that we were due to purchase a house at the end of March so would it be reasonable to order the mattress now for delivery then, giving the delivery address of the new house. They said this was ok and we paid a deposit. We were then called 10 days later to be told it was in store and we needed to pick a delivery date. Having nowhere to store it until we buy the house, we asked if it could be kept in store based on the timeline we were told. We were told no, and we had to make arrangements to have it delivered and stored at a family members house. Overall poor communication and felt like they just wanted to make the sale as we then have to make alternative arrangements to move it when we move house.

   We visited the Bangor store in County Down and were provided with excellent customer service from Edward, the manager. We discussed our requirements with Edward and most importantly, our budget. Edward took us around the store to show us what was available to us. His knowledge and expertise was so evident, it was really impressive. Edward was at all times mindful of our budget and went over and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted at the price we could afford. He provided absolutely first class customer service. So if you're looking to purchase a bed or mattress, tou couldn't do any better than if you visited Dreams.

   The experience and customer service that was provided by the whole store, but more specifically the service from Edward was exquisite. We had many complications with our bed frame in regards with our dog and size, that were all resolved by Edward and his quick thinking due to his own experience with Candy, which helped with him providing us with great advice and coming to a concluded decision. Could not recommend Dreams more especially with their phenomenal staff.

   Caroline was exceptionally helpful in assisting us to choose a mattress. She listened to our requirements, taking us to suitable mattresses to try out & giving us plenty of opportunity to test them & allowed us space to make our decision. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses we were trying & explained everything well.

   Bought a Bed and Mattress , it was delivered on time and the men that erected it knew what they where doing,they also took the old bed away ( For a Price ) . Staff in store very good . Would return to this Store.

   Went to Dreams Bangor store today Great experience. Was approached by a staff member as soon as we entered store. His name was Ryan. Showed him the mattress we were looking for. He took us over and showed us the mattress and offered us both coffee while we looked at the mattresses. Left us to lie on them and take our time. We choose the one we wanted and also ordered two new gel pillows. The mattress was delivered home to us straight away this afternoon by Ryan. Pillows will be in during week. I only wish when you go to purchase something from a big store the staff would all be like Ryan.A very helpful member of staff. Would highly recommend If you going to dreams Bangor look for Ryan. A very happy customer today and can't wait to try out our new Mattress Many thanks Ryan Lorna
