The Yeti Café looked after our group of 59 P7 pupils in their function room upstairs, and the service was outstanding. Feeding that many hungry children could have been chaos, but the team handled everything with warmth, efficiency, and impressive attention to detail. After their afternoon of activities at Clip 'n Climb and the Escape HQ the food was welcomed. It was delicious, served quickly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly exactly what the children needed. The team made the whole group feel welcome and well cared for. A huge thank you to Tony and everyone at The Yeti Café for helping make the day such a memorable celebration. We appreciate you more than you know!

Brilliant for kids parties. The staff are attentive, in particular Debbie. She really went above and beyond to accommodate us. Food lovely and just want the kids want. Thank you for being so lovely and bringing calm to the mayhem of hosting a party.

Unfort my chicken was uncooked - pink so I couldn’t eat the rest. I had to ask for my chips which were missing even though it was a meal I had ordered and paid for & got a bad response when I asked. Definitely won’t be back & I’m told the complex staff don’t even eat there!

Chef was extremely ignorant had to repeat myself several times for my order and was very cheeky to me and because I said Jesus Christ he told me to stop swearing and threatened to throw me out, needless to say the food he made the chips had been sitting a while before service so had to leave them. Definitely won't be back there. I did complain to management of the ice rink hopefully they will acknowledge this as its out of order and customers should never be spoken to like that

Great cafe at Dundonald Ice Bowl. It has hot food, donuts, cake, smoothies, ice-cream, tea and coffee. You can watch the ten pin bowling from the cafe. Perfect place to get a snack and cappuccino if you're going to or coming from the nearby Omniplex cinema.

Food was ok , had to queue for nearly 20 mins and then wait another 15 minutes for food, very understaffed, in the hour we were there not one member of staff cleaned a table, the floors are disgusting and the bins overflowing.
