Called in today to get car seat refitted to new car. Nothing was too much trouble for the young lady who went out of her way to sort it out. Fantastic service - thank you
Absolutely useless company. Emailed to say item was ready drove 30 mins to collect within the opening hours and no one there, no one answering the phone and a sign on the door with an email contact. Disgusting service you should be reimbursing the order and the wasted petrol
Would not reccomend using this company - communication is terrible -Ordered a car seat on the 26/06, heard nothing for two weeks so called for an update was told they would look into my order and call me back. Never called back so chased yesterday 25/07 and was told they car seat is in stock and just waiting for it to be assembled. was again told I would get a call back today 26/07 - did not receive the call so chased up in the afternoon to be told they could not find my order and the lady who deals with the orders is off so nothing they could do. I called the Essex office as this is where we had our assessment and they chased for an update and would call me back. When they called back i was told the managed to speak with Catriona who said she was sorting it out today. We then got told they no longer supply the product we ordered and had stop selling it in June. I ask why it had taken over a month from the initial order for them to inform us of this and was told they received my order on there system on the 1st of July but due to them no longer selling the product they carried out an assessment to see if there was another product they could supply us (we were never told about the re-assessment or that they no longer supplied the carrot car chair) - we then got told that the delay was due to the bank holiday in Northern Ireland which was on the 12th July (2 weeks ago) would recommend using a different company
I had a great experience. Great staff and lovely warm showroom. We received demonstrations and test fitting. We bought a quality product and are very satisfied. Left feeling much happier about our seating arrangements and will no doubt be back. Many thanks.
Excellent service. Ordered a new seat Sunday evening, they contacted me Monday to make sure it would fit my car and it arrived to me in Dublin on Tuesday. Very good price too, cheaper than competitors.

I thought the were excellent and didn't force us to buy any of there seats but did tell us what to buy else where going back as soon as they open to get advice again
Brilliant customer service. Very helpful, nothing is too much work for these people... will fit as many carseats to check for best fit if you are unsure on which seat to go for. Very good at their job and we left very happy customers. Will recommend to all my friends with children.
Fab customer service. Various seats tried in the car to get the best combination. And an old seat refitted as well. Kids also loved the wee play area which made the visit much less stressful! Thoroughly recommend ICSC Belfast, thank you!
