The experience of odeon cinema Victoria square city centre was amazing it’s really clean cinema I ever seen. Seats are comfortable and clean. My friends and my family also like this cinema. Thank you

Yeah won't be back. Unfortunately the seats are brutal. Stiff as a board, no recline and the "cushion" is like a school PE mat. To top it off there was a couple who wouldn't stop talking about what they were doing the following day that had to be asked multiple times to be quiet and worse still, a group of 4 girls who were blocked. Literally walked in with alcohol and made a racket trying to get to the seat. This was 15 minutes into the film. After that, endless talking, snap chatting with full brightness and flash (which was apparently hilarious) to vaping and constantly dropping coins on the floor. Really don't understand why anyone goes to the cinema to treat it like a bar. Staff were useless. No one came near the screen and when asked to do something about it I was looked at like I had three heads. Awful.

It's a clean and okay cinema experience. I do wish the chairs were more comfortable for long movies and don't think the food is worth the price. Our tickets were Β£10 each. It also seems now there are different prices for different areas of seats- but you don't get a bigger, comfier chair or more leg room, just one aisle of difference. This never cost extra before. At least update the chairs to make it worthwhile you money grabbers. I usually watch in a cheaper cinema but could only watch the movie here this time, my recent visit has just reaffirmed this.

There are much better cinemas to go to - as others have mentioned here, I often find that the film is very quiet and hard to hear. This is even worse when people are really loud in the audience, which has happened the last two times I’ve gone. The place is full of rowdy teens who don’t stop talking during the film. The staff can sometimes be helpful and remove people but they could try to monitor it more - at the showing tonight multiple people had to go complain before something was done. The XL screen is also not very big, it’s just the room that is massive so it looks small from your seat.

Went here last night for the first time and will not be back. Considering it's a newish cinema the seats are horrendous! The most uncomfortable place I've ever been! I was so uncomfortable I couldn't enjoy the movie. We paid extra for the seats thinking they were better seats but no, just the most popular seats due to placement! Bangor cinema is by far the best, I assumed being new and in Victoria square that this cinema would be on par but how wrong I was! Definitely do not recommend! The price is too high considering it is so uncomfortable. There was a total of 7 people in the screening for a newly released movie and I'm not surprised in the least. Avoid!

Ticket purchase and snacks are both easy with options to pay by person in line or kiosk. The theater has a Candy King pick to bag and a Ben a Jerry’s Ice cream counter. You can arrive prior and snack before or take into the movie. The selection of movies offered was ok and not too overly crowded.

Friendly service and clean and everything you need. Though screen 6 the seats not very comfortable. Not sure if the seats in the other screens are better.

Wow, firstly it was the most expensive cinema experience of my life so far. We paid extra for better seats that were hard and straight backed like a school chair. The coke drink was flat and the popcorn was soft ( worst possible combination you could have ) Won't be back to this cinema

Great cinema in the heart of Belfast. Located in Victoria Square. Several screens, including 3D.. Brilliant selection of drinks and snacks. These include Tango Slushies, Nachos with cheese, as well as normals like Popcorn, chocolate, crisps and sweets.

Sadly my showing tonight had to be cancelled but the staff were very prompt to inform me and arrange a refund/ new ticket for a later date. I spoke with Chris who within one email was able to organise me a ticket to a showing tomorrow night. Delighted. Great customer service.
