The staff are all special and made our stay fantastic. We had a wonderful welcome at reception from Melwin, the staff in the spa (which was clean, warm, quiet and spacious) were fabulous and a special mention to Amalia in the restaurant who served breakfast with the warmest smile and friendliness. Room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids (we thought we were getting two proper double beds but one was a fold out sofa bed). Location was perfect for us (easy to find off the M4) so all in all a good stay made better by the excellent staff.

Mixed review, largely due to the poor customer service from particular employees. It seems there is no consistency when it comes to delivering outstanding customer service here, i shall explain below. Firstly, the rooms and restaurant are brilliant, no faults what so ever. There is an extremely helpful Asian man who works on the front desk unfortunately do not know his name. The bad points. Called up today to make another booking as me and my partner were impressed with our stay a few weeks ago. Tried calling 3 times but could not get through. 4th time a rude woman answered who said i was swearing at her when i certainly didnt, i simply said “you guys are difficult to get hold of”, making a joke, she started on the defence saying a bizarre statement that i was swearing at her, I was shocked and did not mean any harm so needless to say was a little lost for word. I then said me and my partner were thinking of staying on new years but wanted to know the spa opening time, however how you have just spoken to me is making me have second thoughts. She then said when do you want to stay and i explained the dates, I asked for her name and she said you are speaking with a staff member to which she hung up. Wasnt impressed with her customer service and lack of professionalism, certainly poor for customer experience and future sales if this is how she acts. Not sure how she has landed a job in a customer facing role but I’d suggest working on your manors.

The initial review, submitted on Friday, conveyed dissatisfaction regarding a £75 charge for an early check-in, which was two hours prior to the standard check-in time. It is important to clarify that only one room was booked, not two. Furthermore, our arrival was not at 12:30; however, the primary reason for the negative review was the perceived rudeness of the individual I spoke with over the phone. Moving forward, following my stay at the hotel on Saturday, I was granted both an early check-in and a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and hospitality. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and offers a diverse selection of culinary options, including a main menu and a breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this establishment and would certainly choose to stay here again. My sincere thanks to the entire team for their accommodating service.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional customer service provided by Mr. Haji. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of attentiveness that truly set the tone for my stay. Mr. Haji went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. He was patient, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile, no matter how busy the lobby was. His ability to anticipate guests’ needs, offer helpful recommendations, and resolve questions quickly made me feel incredibly welcome and valued. I sincerely appreciate his dedication and the comfort he brought to my stay. Because of his outstanding service, I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you, Mr. Haji, for making my visit memorable!

From the moment we arrived the staff have been very kind, helpful and professional. The food has been amazing. It was great that we could mix and match the British menu and Indian menu for our 3 course dinner. They even switched the set dessert for 3 scoops of ice cream, when my partner wasn’t too keen on the choices. The spa is also incredible. I’m not the biggest fan of massages, but I had a treatment come with the stay, so I picked the facial and back/shoulders/neck and head massage. My therapist, Elaine, was gentle and very soothing. I had a lovely time and it has definitely changed my mind on massages. Both parts were very relaxing and would highly recommend to everyone. The room is very clean and comfortable. Lovely big window, with good blackout curtains. Has a lot of sockets, for a variety of cables, I would assume for those staying for business. Also has access to a good variety of TV channels. Lovely aircon and a spacious bath with shower is a plus! Very accommodating and professional hotel, definitely recommend.

Great hotel clean rooms secure parking. Restaurant always is a let down, the staff try their hardest however very long waits for drinks and food. Restaurant possibly 50% full and not enough staff. They are all running about and many tables waiting long times for service. We booked as a package with 3 course set meal paid in advance. Suprised to be provided with a bill at the end with items not ordered and an excessive service charge. Seated at 19:45 and didn’t get drinks until 20:50. Not good enough, management need to review.

Second time staying here, the beds are so comfortable I actually stripped off the sheet to take a picture of the brand to replace our one at home. The pool was a lovely temperature and loungers were comfy. Breakfast is a buffet style help your self with hot and cold options, or you could ask for an omelette to be made to order. The usual tea, coffee, juices and water available too. Gym was well equipped, could do with a clean tho bit dusty. The staff were all very friendly. Easy to check in and out. We had a great stay and will be back.

Not exactly child friendly. Staff were very nice and kind. We had booked a package of 2 night stay with dinner and breakfast with our toddler. Upon arrival we were told in addition to the amount we had paid for our package we would need to pay £60 for the two nights to have our toddler stay with us. On the first night we had dinner (which again was included in our package) Once we added our toddlers meal and drinks we paid an additional £70! We were then told only one night of dinner was included in our package (this was not in our small print). Although we were fairly happy about this as the food was not great for the price. The breakfast, was a buffet like any other standard hotel breakfast. It would have been £20 if you wanted to buy this breakfast. This was included in our package otherwise I definitely wouldn't have paid this. The room was not clean it had hairs everywhere! in the bed, the bath and the bathroom sink. Although it was not very clean the room was lovely and spacious and very modern with a view of the roof. The next day we went to use the pool, again, included in our package and was told that our toddler had to be out by a certain time so we only had 30 mins in there. The sauna and steam room were out of order which was one of the reasons why we booked this package so of course we were upset about this. Would I stay here again? No.

Tale of 2 hotels, on one hand the female receptionists were very friendly, helpful, and happy to help. On the other hand the male staff were frustrating and unhelpful. So much so when I was trying to check in I had decided I wouldn't stay here again. The cups in the room were not clean so had to wash them myself. But the rest of the room seemed clean. They have signs up saying how clean it is. A bit unnecessary as it just makes you think if they are not bothering to clean the cups it's not that clean. I knew were the hotel was before I booked so location was fine, but be aware it is in the middle of an office park. Room was basic, but decent pillows. Menu choice in the hotel was lacking. I wanted something light, but it was full on heavy dining. Would have been could if the bar offered sandwiches and a salad. Waiter in the restaurant wasn't the most helpful. Decent breakfast spread. If they cleaned the cups, and sorted out the attitude on the male staff it would be perfectly okay for a 1 night stay. The hotel should thank the female receptionists for keeping the place running.

The hotel is excellent for a quick getaway. The hotel staff are friendly and ensure that they are making your stay as comfortable as possible. The food served in the bar as well as the restaurant is good. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities. The swimming pool, steam and sauna are well maintained for relaxation. Overall, a great place for a getaway.
