Spent a wonderful afternoon on the Thames. The talk was informative and interesting. The food was delicious and the breads were next level. Thank you for an enjoyable time.

I would recommend the 90 minute trip as gets all the way to the next lock, although some kids may prefer the 60 minutes. Captain was very friendly and informative with lots of skill navigating all the different vessels along the river.

I came here for a lovely Sunday afternoon cruise from Caversham to Mapledurham and back again. I would have liked to have been able to alight and spend the afternoon at Mapledurham house and Water Mill like I have in years gone by, but for reasons beyond the boat company’s control that was not possible. However, what was a let-down for me was that while they have gangways available so they can be wheelchair accessible when required (I am fully mobile but I am always watching for this for when I am with an old and dear friend who uses a wheelchair), what they don’t have is concessionary fares for people like me with disabilities and, when relevant, a carer (which for me it’s not).

Great way to spend some time on the river Update 04.05.25 We have just had a lovely afternoon on the 90min cruise from the Caversham bridge up to Mapledrum House. There was a bar on board with also teas and coffee, but there were no snacks i guess the 11.00 a clock sailing had them. Some commentary of the sites along the river but I'm very sure George Peppard was not in the film The Eagle Has Landed

Nice river cruise experience to look around the places along the river bank and also you Wil get to know some history about the places and Thames River.

A family outing on a sunny day. The staff were excellent and the captain was very informative about the areas we passed. The boat was comfortable and the toilets were clean (very important). And we could buy hot or cold drinks on board. We will do this trip again

Excellent day out. I drove from East London and think its worth the drive down. I booked online but I am sure if not peak times you can pay at the gates (online booking had an offer of 1 child free with per adult). There is a car paek right next to the Pier and up to 2 hours free parking with RinGgo. I went for the 90 min round trip at £14 per adult. Combine with a visit to local museum nearby and for Halal food I went to town centre and nearby Turkish place called Marmaris !

Took a 90 mins trip. One word fantastic. Well worth the money and knowledgeable Skipper. Parking was moderate, I went there 45 mins ahead of the scheduled time.
