   I rang this morning for flight only quote and was very professionally spoken to by Dean Allen. A booking was held for me within less than 15mins since I knew exactly what I needed and that’s what was provided by Dean. Since I wanted to confirm details in person by visiting their branch in Reading Broad Street office, upon arrival a warm welcome and Rachel picked up the remaining tasks, took me through details, questioned about visa’s, arrival process, dos and don’t s at destination airport etc. I had no reasons not to go ahead with making the booking and completed the payment too. I left feeling very secure and happy about the whole process and am looking forwards to my actual journey soon. Thanks Trailfinders, I look forwards to returning in the future too.

   I have been travelling to India annually since 2009 and have used Trailfinders every time. They are absolutely brilliant! On the odd occasion that arrangements suddenly change they let me know immediately and sort out replacements. I had to cancel my trip in 2020 when Covid happened. Trailfinders refunded all my money immediately. I would never consider using another travel agent. Thank you, Trailfinders.

   We went into Reading Trailfinders today to discuss booking a honeymoon with a couple of destinations in mind but despite an hour until closing we felt unwelcome and like no one wanted to assist us. We were served by a member of staff after a pause after walking in and they asked where and when we were thinking of going. He proceeded to tell us that as it’s more than 11 months in advance we were too early so to browse some brochures, but also cautioned us from waiting too long to book. Although we appreciate it was too early to book anything, the member of staff didn’t even appear interested in having a conversation about ideas. We found this very disappointing as we visited another travel agent who was very constructive. Therefore, we won’t be considering using Trailfinders and absolutely would not recommend.

   Nice guy but gave us the wrong information on VISAs, meaning we have to sort it out while in the country, costing lots more money. Also left out important information on where we were going which meant we had to cancel multiple locations (burning season North Thailand).

I ended up coming in a few times and had quite a difficult booking with lots of requests and he really did go above and beyond to help me. I ended up booking over the phone the next day so thank you everyone for your help, I am looking forward to my trip now!

   Oh dear, you have sold my wife a hotel package she can't use. Your understanding of the current Thai Covid regs seems patchy. Couldn't complete Thailand pass app because room only booked, no pcr test package. So room cancelled! Current Thai covid rules state hotels can't book rooms without pcr package. Still waiting for you to contact me as promised, come on Trailfinders you have done much better this in the past. Refund please!

   I spent a considerable amount of time in the store today. I had a few problems to solve regarding my holidays. I sat down with Chris S.; from the get go, he was professional, courteous, empathetic and helpful. My problem was sorted. I then went on to book a holiday in North America. From start to finish, all of the stress and worry, was taken off my shoulders. I did tell Chris, that I was going to leave the store skipping and dancing, as I was so relieved to have a fabulous holiday to look forward to.
