   This shop is the only one in the past three years where I can almost never find any Hot Wheels mainlines or supers. The staff also never help by bringing out fresh boxes for my child and me to look through. In that sense, it’s very different from other Entertainer stores – and not in a good way. Many fans would agree. We have even seen staff put rare cars aside “for friends”. One member of staff explained that because they are rare, they are kept in the stockroom instead of being put on the shelves… which says it all, really.

   Pleasantly surprised after reading the previous reviews, I was met with hospitality and a greeting by the staff behind the till. Furthermore, the gentleman took time out to explain the deals of the day and what incentives were available due to the amount if spent. Some bargains to be had, but I know I can purchase some of the toys for a much lower price at competitive stores such as , B&m and Home Bargains. The store into themes and age appropriate goods. Cards, helium balloons and soft toys available too.

   Rude staff. Two members of staff put the phone down on me because they were playing music to loud an couldn’t hear. Rather then take the phone into another room. Just angrily hung up twice and now refuse to answer the phone. Mark was the worst one. Rude from the start and clearly not happy with his choice of career.

   Poor quality stuff and rude staff! Bought an item just a day before returning which was faulty, pieces were loose, they refused to return by saying it’s not faulty and asked me to contact manufacturer, while they still kept the product. Julia (Manager) and Adrian (Supervisor) who said they are fine with me loosing as a customer, very rude! Bought few times in the past but never ever agin!

   Loads of children toys... literature you could get lost, awesome. I like the fact that the toys are arranged in sections e.g. preschool etc such that it is easy to find what suits your baby. They also have batteries for those wonderful toys of yours. I visited their website before going to the store. Nice place.

   This is an amazing toys store. It has many toys for children of all age groups. The Bruder toys are also available here. The radio controlled toys can also be bought from this store. The staff is good and cooperative. This store is outside the Oracle Ibut on the Broad Street.
