I love next and only really buy from there but this store wasn't the best. I went in to get underwear and with a high crime rate in the area allot of the packs of 4 were now 3 where people had taken/stolen 1 from a pack. Shame as the display was a mess and it was hard to get what I needed without getting missing items
Excellent customer service on of my refunds in Reading store, the girl at till was very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with service. The clothes are excellent too.
Very big store in the Oracle, but nothing for over 12 years old children. I was told to look in the man in the xestra small size for a 13 years old. It is a shame there is no clothes for over 12 years old in such a big store. They could at least dedicated a small section to 13 to 15/16 years old children.
Lovely store. Always helpful staff. Collecting and returning parcels is never any trouble. Usually go in the evening when it's quiet and appreciate that they're open until 830 so can get there after work. Fab store.
Next clothes are well fitted, good quality and long lasting. This is a small branch so they don't carry the full range. Customer service very good.
Good selection of both men's, ladies and kids clothing.
