   Absolutely brilliant lounge with all kinds of traditional pub games you can play for free. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere. We went there for a Xmas family meet up and 3 generations had a great time!

   We've returned today from a weekend birthday trip for 2x nights & can honestly say it's one of best hotels we've stayed in in terms of amazing staff & customer service! All of the reception & bar staff (day & evening, Fri-Sun) are an absolute credit to this hotel & deserve some kind of reward from management! They were so amazing, friendly & professional whilst working hard at their jobs. A huge thank you to them all as they made my birthday weekend happy & special. The Friends club is an added bonus to join. We loved the hotel decor, games & relaxed atmosphere, a great place to either relax or join in the fun games. We didn't use the gym nor breakfast so can't comment on those areas. Our room was spacious, modern & super comfy large beds. A great suitable room size. This isn't a complaint, but more of a personal cleanliness preference: The shower head, shower screen & all chrome (taps/shower unit) had dried on limescale & watermarks so perhaps the cleaners could use some limescale remover cleaning products/Viakal on the chrome/glass bathroom areas?! Otherwise the rest of the cleaning was great :) Parking was at a discounted rate at a secure multi-storey car park a few mins walk away. Thank you for a fab weekend, we will return next year :))

   The Pentahotel in Reading met our expectations. It's very centrally located and offers guests plenty of entertainment such as billiards and board games. Breakfast is typically English with a few extras, though I would have liked to see chocolate spread. Our room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom could have been a bit bigger; like in so many hotels, there was no way to properly dry the towels. The carpet, reminiscent of The Shining, is a bit unusual. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about, and we would definitely stay here again.

   We had a great stay at Pentahotel Reading. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place has a modern, relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, which made everything easy. The gym was a big bonus — well-equipped, clean, and perfect for a proper workout during our stay. We also enjoyed spending time in the lounge area, which had a nice vibe for relaxing. Overall, a really pleasant stay, and we’d be happy to return.

   Great location in the centre of Reading. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym is open 24 hours, which is a great bonus. Parking is a little expensive, but that is expected for a hotel in the city centre. You will need to park a 2 to 3 minute walk from the hotel in a very secure car park. Make sure you visit reception first and scan the QR code for 40% off parking, as it is definitely worth the saving. You can also pull up outside the hotel to drop off your bags and scan the code. The rooms show a small amount of wear and tear, but they offer good value for money and I had an excellent night’s sleep. I would happily stay here again. Plus point, the lobby area is very stylish and welcoming for a drink in the evening.

   We really enjoyed the weekend in Manchester. The location is outstanding within walking distance of many interesting sites. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The bartender was exceptional. He made specialized drinks for us. Amazing.

   Visited this hotel for a job fair. It was easy to locate and easily reachable from the train station (10 -15 min walk). The hotel lobby was well maintained, but the leather furniture was disappointing. The halls where the job fair was conducted was spacious and multiple companies were present. Overall a positive vibe.

   This hotel is in a very convenient location and has some nice amenities, but with the restaurant being closed due to a function (with no notice to guests), dated rooms with dirty/marked carpets and hearing doors slamming all morning this really wasn't ideal. However the rooms were a good size, nice TV, good water pressure in the bathroom and big windows to let in lots of natural light (and noise).

   Good stylish and clean, excellent breakfast, car park a bit of a pain as it's not with the hotel, but not too far away. Staff friendly. Didn't use the restaurant for dinner but it looked ok. Check in and out simple and quick. Quirky design and bar had games/entertainment though not really my thing! I'd stay again.

   The hotel in general is not bad but the rooms were a bit dated and not super clean (we found a potato chip on the floor when we first got in). The staff were a mixed bag. Some were helpful and nice whilst others weren't great. The gym was quite good though. And the hotel is very centrally located
