Wonderful cider tasting here. So knowledgeable about all things apple & pear. Surprising tastes. So unlike generic cider. Quality stuff!

Super cosy cute pub with acres of character. Brutally put together main room and great beer and the folks who work there are incredibly lovely

My favourite pub in Reading. Cosy, super friendly, quieky, great beers, tremendous spirit selection. Easily my favourite option for a quiet pint and a book after work, or to come with friends

If you like an old style but alternative venue, then this is a perfect pub. Customers of all ages and interests. Good variety of drinks. Didn't eat but they do good food. There is the main bar at front and room at back plus a big open seating area. Pub has a lot of bands booked to play over next 3 months. Parking is restricted, tight but you may want to walk. Good find.

A proper pub: small, cozy, dog-friendly, with a good range of interesting beers. No food, aside from a selection of good cheeses, or music, so you can have a snack and a chat with your drinks.

An outstanding, particularly well run pub that provides all a real pub should from an excellent beer and cider selection, to a good atmosphere. Spotless lavatories and even some parking for those who need it. They even do useful community meet-up activities. Absolutely the other end of the spectrum from an appalling international chain pub offering international blands, err, brands.

A great pub on the outskirts of Reading Town centre. The staff are friendly and they have a good selection of cask and keg beers which are constantly changing.

It's a lovely pub with some cracking ales and ciders (especially the 7 Trees cider). It was quiet when we went there but met some lovely people. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely go back.

The epitome of craft beer pub. All thr elements of a neighbourhood pub with the added elements of a modern craft beer selection. The staff live what they do; they have live music; and there are retro gaming and game of thrones nights. Very cool spot to chill with a proper pint.
