Excellent evening, took my Explorer scouts to laser tag. the staff were really friendly, they spent the time ensuring that the price to game ratio was high. Rebecca was great and ran the laser tag games very well. Thanks for an amazing night

The laser tag equipment was obsolete and often faulty. Many of the guns didn't work properly, which made the game frustrating and unbalanced. What's more, the laser tag arena was dirty and poorly lit, which made the game even less enjoyable

Marshall's Questionable. I Organised games . Equipment sub standard and dated . Apart from that a great time My daughter and friends loved it. I was South West champion int 00's I couldn't use my own weapon and defence... Had to abide by their rules .. Extremely good experience, you didn't get a five because . 1 ,dated Equipment and temperamental, My blaster wasn't allowed. 2, inexperienced staff. Not pro gun slippers who didn't recognise talent. As My Guest was ex SAS . However kids loved it . Briefing and recon are key..., Please PM me happy to organise this FOC , and chat We will make you better than your go karts ....

Went for a work evening out on 9th Nov, 11 of us, 15quid each for 4 games, room to ourselves, with last game being a free for all. It was amazing and we all really enjoyed it :) we are saying we will do it again. Thank you for a great start to an evening out, 11 happy customers.

Awful time here. We attended for my sons birthday, and ended up spending £75 for one game of laser tag for 3 people. After accidentally double booking our slots online an hour before we arrived, we were told very rudely and in a non apologetic manner by a member of staff and management that a refund would not be available as cancellations needed to be made 48 hours in advance so as not to prevent other people having our slot.. I dont see how that's justifiable or logical in my particular case and exceptions should be made in certain circumstances. We were then told that in order to play we would have to purchase our young children face masks that didnt even fit them. (Good customer service would adleast offered these for free after our dilemma with spending twice the money in this establishment than we intended to.) Obviously it was our mistake, but incidents like these should be dealt with with some kind of helpfulness and politeness for customers spending large amounts of money. we ended up leaving after one game as my children didnt even like it and the situation ruined our entire day to be honest. Apart from one of the male staff members giving briefs for the laser tag, I would say the rest i encountered need some serious training in customer service towards their paying customers.
