The food was incredible, but Briony and Rebecca made the night truly special with such warm service. Sitting within walking distance to the harbour is pure magic. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed here recently, we were impressed by the cleanliness and WiFi (which in hotels can often be dodgy!). In particular, we were impressed by Olly, who was knowledgeable and friendly, it was really appreciated by my family who drove for ages down to Plymouth. Thank you for your great service

Very clean. The bedroom was a standard but had everything I needed. No need for coffee makers etc as just somewhere to get a good nights slep. Don't let the name fool you, it is not on the harbour but very near. Rooms on one side caqn see the harbour, others like mine can see an industrial area. Windows keep the noise out though. Annoying you have to pay for parking but there you go. Staff excellent. That said, waitress at breakfast forgot to take my order and I had to ask after waiting over 10 minutes. Breakfast also not great, sausages bordering on cocktail size and had a funny taste. You can order more but you want one big breakfast not two or more seperate small ones. Will I be staying here again? Definately. Will I be eating here again? No.

We were transferred to this hotel from another due to an issue. This proved to work in our favour as the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Rebecca took time to entertain our young daughter while we were having breakfast and was just generally really helpful and welcoming. The hotel is situated a 5 minute walk from the city centre which is great for access to food etc.

Stayed one night and paid extra for a more plush room The room was clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. We had the breakfast included and it was good value . I'd stay again quite happily

Lovely 4 day stay in a comfortable room, food very good, especially the breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful advice given when asked. Easy walking distance for the Barbican and Plymouth Ho. Plenty of eateries in the area.

Nice location, professional staff. Had a premium room which is nice. I stay in a lot of Premier Inns and this is a good one. Just stay FAR AWAY from the Cookhouse Pub on the premises. Awful food and appallingly rude staff, just read the reviews!! This is what drives my 3 star rating of the hotel which is a pity.

Excellent as always, great breakfast and meals available. Ideally positioned for visits by foot to the Barbican and town centre. Parking can be a problem during the working week so best park before 5pm as spaces rapidly fill after then due to business guests arriving at the end of the working day.

Great place to stay when visiting Plymouth. Staff are friendly, especially the guy who checked me out today. Rooms are spotlessly clean, great value for money. What more can you ask for.
