Can’t speak highly enough of the customer focused service provided the building is kept clean and tidy the rooms are spacious and the cheery on the top was the great receptionist Fernanda who was very friendly and welcoming she’s definitely a credit to the company Iv got a company myself and would happily employ her if there was a position amazing service. All the best Travis

Very welcoming, staff were friendly. A big thank you to Kerry for going the extra mile and making our stay a bit more special for our daughters first birthday. :) I recommend staying here.

I chose to stay in this Premier Inn as I was on a weekend course a few minutes walk away. What can I say except it is all the good things you would expect from a Premier Inn. Adequately size room. Helpful staff. A quiet room as requested. Good Breakfast and Evening meal at the nearby Cookhouse Pub. A few nice places to eat nearby, and many more dining out choices at the Harbourside and Southside Street about 10 minutes walk away. As with most city centre hotels there was a daily charge for parking. I would recommend this Premier Inn.

Yes it needed air-conditioning. It's been mentioned before. But the room was cleaned and tidy. They had also supplied a large fan for the room . The only thing that gets me and its not just this hotel. Is when the dont supply a toilet brush !!! Even if dont want to see what I've done the next time I go to the toilet.

Probably the comfiest bed I've ever had in a hotel. Front desk staff were really welcoming and helpful. Car parking was easy. Breakfast really good and plenty of options. Room faced onto a main road but had the window open all night and slept right through, no noise. Great location for walkable access into town and bus services.

Have stayed here over the last 11 years. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the Barbican were we catch water taxis to either Cornwall or Royal William yard. Found all the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Parking is extra. No issues though. Usual premier Inn fare and looking a bit tired in places. Good breakfast, cooked to order, rather than a buffet. Powerful shower. Location is just across from the Barbican and next to the Aquarium . Note there are two hotels side by side.

On Monday evening at 10pm the young man (I can't recall his name!) working on reception went above and beyond to help me with parking and also make my way to the Premier Inn next door so I didn't have to walk along the main road. I had just driven for nearly 4 hours and he showed such empathy and kindness, I really appreciated it. This for me is customer experience at its best!

Wonderful hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly, polite and professional. Rooms are clean, spacious and tidy. Location is amazing. The boat harbour is right in front of the hotel. There is a shopping centre 1 minute away from the hotel which is incredible. Hotel has taxi service too and the staff guided us on attractions and the best places to go. Other things nearby are the beach and train station.
