   Me and my wife are on holiday in the area and were looking for things to do around Dartmouth when we noticed this escape room. Having done most of the escape rooms in our home city of Hull, we were very keen to give this one a go. The team member who met us was very friendly and talked us through how the game worked. We did The Hotel room and thoroughly enjoyed it. The puzzles certainly got us thinking. In the end, we got out in 53 minutes with only one clue. I'd definitely recommend this if you're looking for something to do in or around Dartmouth.

   Brilliant. My partner and I did "The Hotel" in Dartmouth and had superb fun. Really enjoyable and works just as well for couples or groups. Jo was a really great host as well. Look forward to the next iteration!

3. Three Dinners ★★★★★

   We took our son and his friends to Dartmouth HQ escape room for the Captain's Study game. The boys were completely engaged, hunting for clues, trying padlock combinations and using their brains. We loved the special secret!! I would highly recommend this for a birthday activity. Our group was a mix of 8 and 9 years and they did need some help from the 2 adults to keep everyone on track and we found it challenging but not beyond our ability. We had a blast!!

   We had a great experience at the escape room - a warm welcome with clear instructions and reassurance that the venue was covid safe. The escape room itself was challenging but do-able with clues when required! Overall a great experience hidden in the centre of Dartmouth. Perfect thing to do in Devon outside of the summer weather.

   Had the best time today at Escape Room HQ in Dartmouth. Me, my husband and 2 kids (9 and 6) did the room recommended for young families and first timers. It was perfectly pitched for all 4 of us to get involved and work on the challenge as a team. Best thing we’ve done as a family in ages, couldn’t recommend more. Jo is the loveliest host too, we’ll be back!

   One of the best escape rooms we have been to! Host was really friendly and easy to talk to which made the experience more enjoyable. The escape room itself was really well put together, all puzzles were unique and quite difficult which only made the experience more memorable. Our host helped us with clues whenever we needed in a more personal and friendly way than just writing something on a screen. To make it more challenging we were given a 5 clue limit which is something no other escape room we’ve been to has done. Overall it was a unique, exciting and a brilliant experience for all of us.
