   Was a new cinema experience for me. Loved the cosy and chic lounge bar. With lovely bottled coke and fancy glasses. Great snack menu. Very helpful staff as I’d never been before so didnt know how food worked to take into screen. Booked a very comfy arm Chair and got popcorn delivered to my seat. Screen was bit cold. My big negative was theres no mobile signal in the screens. I like being connected for emergencies. Cinema tix cost £20 Inc charges. Bit pricey

   Review: Everyman Cinema Glasgow Arrived to a warm welcome from a tall young man who genuinely cared about the job. It was the kind of customer service most places lack. I bought my ticket, and he said he would call me when the film was ready. Nice touch. I was freezing, so I decided to get a hot chocolate and warm up before the movie. I saw a woman clearing glasses and asked if anyone was serving. She said someone would be with me shortly and mentioned she had just cleaned the cinema. Fair enough. When she came back, she looked frustrated and didn’t greet me. While washing her hands, she repeated that she had just cleaned the cinema and that I could order inside instead. I explained I wanted to enjoy a drink first, as there are usually 15 minutes of ads before a film starts. She brought the hot chocolate but told me again that I could order in there or take it with me. By that point, it felt less like service and more like being told off. What I wanted was simple. Sit down, enjoy the atmosphere, have a hot drink, then head into the cinema and enjoy the film. Instead, it felt awkward and uncomfortable, because her tone and face didn’t match the words coming out of her mouth. She was clearly upset? Angry or disappointed I was not alligned. When I went in, the movie had already started. Staff were reseating elderly customers who seemed unhappy, creating a bit of chaos. I ended up sitting next to one of them, and it was clear the experience wasn’t going to improve. I left and placed my ticket on the bar. Not recommended. Great first impression. Poor follow-through. I use to be way better. Cinemas these days just can’t get the staff.

   Had a few hours to kill in Glasgow before our train home. The cinema is very cosy and food and drink arrived quickly. The member of staff who served us could not have been more helpful. She stored our suitcases in a locked cupboard and was really kind and helpful.

   Completely unique dining and cinema experience, we had a full blown meal and a great movie on a very nice and comfy sofa! Since I’m a bigger guy, I did take up majority of the sofa with my partner next to me, so I suppose I can say they’re not fat person approved, but that didn’t let it ruin it since it just made the experience more intimate. The only thing that I can think of is that the table on the side isn’t big enough for the food tray, so I found myself having to hold my tray whilst I ate. Staff were incredibly friendly and were always happy to help.

   Great cinema experience. Very comfy seating with good amount of space. The sound system was phenomenal. Only issue was the temperature of the room, the air con seemed to be on overdrive and I needed to put my coat on to stay warm. This is why only 4 stars.

   Been to the cinema a few times with my daughter and friends and the service is always slow. Last time we were waiting for food and the chef was ringing the bell for the staff to come and they ignored him. We got the food but it wasn't piping hot as the waiting staff were too busy chatting at the bar to serve. It was frustrating seeing our food on the pass getting cold. It's a great cinema with lovely comfortable couches and the food is nice. Wine is very expensive! Be warned x

   A wonderful experience. Very comfortable seating , friendly,helpful staff. Arrived early to meet my daughter in law ,the staff approached me, invited me in to sit and wait for her in bar area and brought me a glass of water without being asked to. You can order food and drinks at bar and staff bring them to your seat. Can't recommend it highly enough.!

   I had high hopes for this experience, and although we had a great meal, unfortunately the trade off in cinematic projection quality coupled with movie disruption made this the one and only visit for our group. The food quality was super, however we waited a full 25 minutes for our drinks order, despite our food being served quickly. It was a quiet period so this was really more of a communication area between the waiting staff and the bar. The actual movie experience was average to bad, with mid quality projection; constantly interrupted by serving staff, audience entering/leaving and at our showing we witnessed a plate and 2 glasses smashed causing a lot of noise. An easy fix would be a bigger rake in seating, And the fact I couldn’t see above the person in front of me of average height really highlighted this design error. This style of cinema has the right intention but bad execution.
