The Odeon at the Quay is fine overall, but it’s starting to feel tired. The recliner seats are in poor condition, with some clearly worn and not working as they should, which takes away from the comfort you expect. Cleanliness is also an issue — the cinemas and toilets weren’t as clean as they should be. It’s still convenient and does the job, but a bit of maintenance and better cleaning would make a big difference.

Pretty disappointed. This was the first time I’ve been to an Odeon cinema, might just be the last. I will preface this and say I don’t go to places with the intention of complaining about things. But this experience left me feeling disappointed To start me and my friends went to see Chainsaw Man, when booking online it was advertised as Dubbed. However the actual film we saw was subtitled. Not a problem for me but my friend with dyslexia had a hard time following along. Felt like false advertising to me. Next the food was a let down. Pretty normal price range for cinema food however the popcorn was 50% kernels and the drink was mostly syrup. Lastly the cleanliness of the cinema was concerning. Walking into the screen the floors were dirty, my feet kept sticking to them as I walked. Most of the leather on the chairs was worn and burst too. I was also disgusted with the amount of flies in the bathroom. I will say the staff were very nice, and overall I enjoyed the film itself. But the other aspects of my trip left much to be desired. These do seem like easy fixes however it was not a great first impression.

The Odeon Luxe Quay in Glasgow is a fantastic cinema experience. The seats are incredibly comfortable, spacious, and recline perfectly, making it feel more like a luxury lounge than a cinema. The sound and picture quality are excellent, which makes every film immersive. What I really love is the overall atmosphere – it feels clean, modern, and well taken care of. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the service is smooth. They also offer a good selection of snacks and drinks, with plenty of choices beyond the usual popcorn. It’s a little more expensive than a standard cinema, but for the comfort and quality you get, it’s absolutely worth it. A great spot for a movie night, whether it’s a blockbuster or something more chilled.

Usual mainstream movies. Very young staff at the counters. Less aware of the meaning of customer service. Super comfortable armchair at movie theatre are not needed and are very expensive. £52 for a family of four. Will not be back

Went to see Black Adam was allocated seat in front row. This was a bit too close to screen for my liking but seats very comfy. Will visit again staff friendly. Prices were good as well.

By far the best option compared to other places food is much better here as well compared to other places I loved the recliner seats and leg space is great close proximity walk towards city centre and had good amount of good places near it to decide what to eat after the movie. Great service and fast service as well enjoyed all my visits to odeon.

Reclining seats are brilliant. The process of seeing a film was dead easy but ordering food was difficult. It was machine only and there were very little sweet options. I love an ice cream at the cinema but there wasn't any. Not sure if that was just for this visit or a usual occurrence. Hopefully the next visit, things are a bit smoother.

Very nice theater. Many food options available. Recliner seats in at least 2 screens (12 and 2). Staff are nice. Costa inside the theater.
