Lovely afternoon at zig zags christmas party! Well organised slots for santa with only a few children at a time so not chaos. Character meet and greets were great. Staff really lovely and made lots of effort with the children! A few people were feral with their greed but not zig zags fault!
had an absolutely fantastic afternoon — one of those rare festive events that gets everything right. From Santa’s warm welcome to the surprise treats of free chocolate, Stitch appearances, and the snowman‑and‑elf double act, the whole place buzzed with joy. The staff were brilliant throughout, but the main elf deserves a special shout‑out for being hilariously entertaining and keeping the energy high from start to finish. It was fun, friendly, and full of Christmas spirit, leaving us all smiling long after we left.
Amazing Atmosphere tonight at ZigZags for the Xmas party. They put great effort into the entertainment. Aswel as the mascots. Highly recommend.
We’ve visited Zigzags a few times and been to a party there, but today we were fortunate enough to have my son’s 5th birthday there and it was fantastic from start to finish! Carla our party host was amazing! We had 30 kids, each had the best time on the soft play, the food was great, it was well organised, clean and so much fun. Cannot recommend Zigzags enough to anyone considering a soft play party or soft play visit for their child!
For the price it's great value. There's baby changing facilities and seating for parents. The soft play for under 4s is good and can be shut off. Staff were super friendly. Parking was available but only just so have a strategy during busy periods
Did private hire self catering for daughter 3rd birthday. We all had fab time staff was warm and welcoming to me and my guests. Made my daughter day special. Highly recommend for any parties
Clean ,warm, soft play & friendly staff with great customer service. Always updating the play area so kids can have more fun. Food reasonable priced and always freshly made. Drinks are cheap and hot drinks are lovely out the new machine. Keep up the hard work .
