   Good venue, friendly and helpful staff. Came for a UV puppet show. Directed to my seat only to find an entitled beast there who refused to move. So had to sit somewhere else. Shame to come across rude people at events where there are children but didn’t let her ruin our time and we had fun

   Went to an 80's night recently , first time we've been to Brierley Hill civic hall. It was absolutely brilliant. Big dancefloor, great crowd of people, staff all friendly and helpful, and toilets absolutely spotless - unlike some other places we've visited that made you want to wipe your feet on the way out. They had an really good live band and a disco afterwards, we we're dancing all night. Looking forward to going again!

   Have booked 2 events for my colleagues at work and they have all enjoyed them. The Christmas parties are huge success. Buffet food is decent and the whole party is so worth £18.50. We shall all be back for Christmas 2024. Club Tropicana was another big hit. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. 80s all the way. Dance floor was packed from the get go. The bar is reasonably priced. Civic is lovely and clean, Curators, bar staff and security are chatty and provided good customer service. Box office staff are helpful. Have been to many shows personally but first time bringing work and shall be bringing for future events.

   Having booked tickets for myself and 3 friends to see Cinderella and her naughty buttons I could not find the tickets on my phone, I popped into BHCH this morning to try and sort it, I was greeted by James and Demi who could not have been more obliging and resent our tickets so nice to meet such friendly helpful staff they are a credit to you. Looking forward to the panto thank you again James and Demi.

   Came Saturday night for UB40, started queuing at the bar at 8.50 finally got served at 9.40 to be told there wasn't any 4 pint pitchers left and they'd only got 2, 2 pint glasses left also, I was a bit irate at this time and told them to leave it as i couldn't be bothered anymore, also the band was rubbish too so we all left after 1 and half hour.Will not be returning. Absolute shambles the bar area is

   We are holding an event here for Teenage Cancer Trust and the staff at Brierley Hill Civic Hall are so very accommodating and polite, nothing is too much trouble for them. The venue is spotlessly clean. The use of the kitchen is available too. They have a great bar and the bar staff work very hard. They have a big stage and the lighting and sound are brilliant. Green room if you need it. We can't thank them enough for how they were with us and we shall, without a doubt, be hosting our annual event from there always. If you are looking for a venue for your party or group....or absolutely anything then please try BRIERLEY HILL CIVIC HALL. You will not be disappointed. Worth their weight in gold. Thank you ❤️
