“Visited today to have a bra fitting. Age 25, I felt nervous and embarrassed by not knowing my size. Grace was absolutely amazing. She made me feel at ease, was very supportive of my feelings towards different styles of bra and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything that wasn’t right for me / that I didn’t want. She listened to my concerns over tightness and explained sister sizes, meaning I was able to adjust to my comfort but still have a bra that fits. She is welcoming, friendly, bubbly and so good at her job. She was my own hype woman and made me feel so good. She’s a credit to the store and I now feel super comfortable and confident getting a bra fitted.”

I did not have a prior appointment. She was busy with other clients. She never-the-less gave me her time and attention & I benefitted from her obvious expertise. She went to so much trouble in finding me the correct shape and size I required and even got me knickers to match. I would just like you to know that this lady is a credit to your company. “I was looked after by Natasha who could see I was confused at the children shoes section next to the tills. Usually I would refuse help but I was so lost and Natasha could see this, I explained I had just picked up my online order from Next collect and now needed to find some shoes to match. Natasha asked to see the dress and found the perfect shoes to match and even checked the stock levels of different shoes. This helped me out massively and I was grateful for her help.”
