   Took 2 bags of unwanted clothes into store to-day & was told I had to download the H&M app in order to get the £5 vouchers for each bag.( never had to do this before) As I was not able to do this I had to leave with the bags I have since found out that you do not need the app to get the vouchers. It's a shame that the management did not tell the young assistant this & she wouldn't have given me the wrong info, & saved saved me a futile journey.

   We had a remarkable experience whilst shopping in this store for a wedding outfit fo our 16 year old Holly. We were assisted by a young assistant named Megan. Without her help in advice and completing an online order we would have struggled. So Welldone Megan for your help and kindness.

   Love this store, always have a successful trip. I bought some lovely outfits for my daughter, which were reasonably priced. The staff were brilliant when I asked for help. The store layout looks fabulous, a breath of fresh air. Would definitely recommend.

   A nice shop with lots of affordable clothes for all the family. Ladies clothes are on the ground floor. Mens and children are situated on the first floor. You can access the first floor either by stairs or the lift. The shop is well laid out with space to look around. The prices are affordable and you can often pick up a bargain on the reduced rail.

   For men..the clothing is more aimed at 16 to 25 year olds. The size rarely go beyond medium and selection is poor. So i advice go online. The staff are always friendly and its a very kept shop

   Staff really helpful and don't rush you and queues are short. The lady that assisted me showed me that if you like an item but the store does not have your size you scan the tag and voila! It finds it for you!! Just arrange to click and collect.
