   A good place to go for a bargain if you like a good mouch. Prices are excellent for named brands. I just think it is rather mean when you order online, select 'collect' then have to pay a fee to do this.

   I went TK max today to get some Christmas presents. A security tag was left on one of my gifts in my bag. It bleeped as I was going out the door. The security guard grabbed my shopping and swang the bag in front of the security scanner. He then started emptying my shopping in the door way embarrassing me and my son, by man handling my presents. He then threw them at my son who dropped all his own shopping onto the floor. He then started on more of my shopping. I ended up shouting at him.I told him to have some respect for my things and to put my things back in the bag. An assistant then appeared. And took me to the till and removed a tag from one of my gifts. I felt so embarrassed and angry that I got treated like this. All the managers said was, he was doing his job. I said well there are ways. Throwing my shopping at my son really isn't doing his job Im fuming. .

   Ordered online for my order to be delivered at my local T K Maxx store. My delivery notification said delivered Sedgley accepted my Smith. Thought I would have another notification to say delivered to my selected store. Had nothing by 3 weeks so went to my local store and gave them my order number, they said they hadn't got a parcel for me. But the assistant was very helpful and asked her colleague to look through all the parcel they had. Fortunately he found my parcel, if it wasn't for the other assistant I probably wouldn't have known where my parcel was. Most assistant would have said sorry your parcel is not here.

   Nice and Spacey place for shopping. Have different products from households to shoes. Consists of two floors : At the Ground floor Mainly products for ladies and upstairs mainly men clothes and household items.

   I like TK Maxx it's not far from me so I do visit after couple of weeks because if you are looking for something different and cheap you need to visit often to this place because things come and go quick and most of them be just one of items you will not see again but if you can make time you will find a bargain just need to be patience
