   Has most things to offer as the high st stores, it’s just twice the price ? Very expensive, not sure why that would be when situated in a NHS hospital ? Why would running costs be more than a high st ? Unfortunately on my last visit the staff didn’t seem that tentative ? Rather be looking at the phones while self service is quing round the shop ? Have never seen any staff ever serving on the till in store ?

   Airport prices. Meal deal price totally ignored. Unhelpful staff. Plenty of tables but very few chairs. Tables were not being cleared, litter on sticky floor also not being cleared.

   It was a difficult day been in at the hospital with my daughter who had a temperature of 40c but was comforted knowing that they had an M&S on site. I interrupted the staff as they was having a disagreement about who was going to use the footstool to stack items. I asked for a product to be told NO!! abruptly by both of them they were both rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. The queue at the tills was long and customers were calling out for help. Thank goodness I have not experienced this at any other M&S a very disappointing visit.

   It's convenient!! But the staff are lazy and unhelpful, 2 staff both on their phones laughing and chatting, while there was A que of 8 people waiting for the self pay machine. When asked if they would open one of the tills they were sitting and chatting at , they said no not right now. Marks & Spencer head office are paying these 2 for sitting around and chatting , terrified customer service .

   Just want to say what brilliant, patient staff work here, they helped us to order some newspapers, over phone for our father who was taken in for a overnight stay so didnt go in with a lot of personal items, and ended up staying 12 days, we were dealt with very professionally so thanks for all your help and the wonderful volunteers who we were told do the running around.

   Fantastic place to shop in within the hospital, with plenty of special offers to choose from. They sell newspapers & flowers too and a nice little fresh bakery section. Nice layout. Ideal for everyone visiting the hospital.
