    Not sure how this store is still open. Staff here are just so unhelpful. Was waiting for the lift and eventually it came down - only to open with a staff member inside with a trolley full of packaging. And dragging a cardboard box. She could see me and other customers were waiting for the lift and instead of making sure the lift didn’t close - she just ignored us all and carried on, with the lift doors almost closing on us. Then when had our purchases we went to the till. There was a customer in front and many behind us - the customer in front got served then we put our things on the counter and the staff assistant just walked off to the other side of the tills and ignored us. After several minutes another staff member came to the till and looked at us blankly - we had to state the obvious and tell him we were waiting to pay ! Honestly, management need to come to this store and watch how the staff are. If you can’t find something - don’t waste your time asking staff - you’ll barely get a grunt back !

    Just been in the store wanting to buy pillows. This section was a disgrace, pillows in ripped packaging, some without packaging, all mixed up on the shelves those that were in the right place no prices to be seen! There was one pillow that was clearly showing a customer's name and address, GDPR nightmare, I took this to customer services and told the member of staff about this section, to be told it is the customers fault. They maybe at fault for ripping up the packaging but I didn't realise we were responsible for tidying shelves and pricing goods. Compared to Dunelm parts of this shop are like a jumble sale, come on The Range get your act together, price things, tidy shelves and employ staff on Customer Services that realise it is their job to be of service.

    Really disappointed with this store 1) ordered a click and collect of wallpaper. Sent family to pick it up. They ended up packing the wrong paper and then offered no solution or apology. Manager was very dismissive. 2) bought a travel mug and asked (before purchase) if it was insulated. Colleague told me she bought the same one as it was double insulated. Took it home and it ISN'T! I would give it a 0 based on the above experiences if I could.

    We went to The Range today, probably our fourth visit, and the place is still a mess. It’s just not clean. The floors look like they haven’t been washed in ages, and the shelves are always messy and disorganised. It’s been the same every time we’ve been, so it’s clearly not a one-off. The staff don’t seem too interested either, they just give vague answers instead of actually trying to help or finding someone who can.

    Faulty goods got a neck fan for 12 pound only to see when it died it wouldn’t charge and I rememberd when I was at the till the lady said and I quote “keep your receipt in case it breaks” like it has happened In the past getting a refund

    Large selection of house decoratio, DIY, gardening, pet, outdoor, lighting, curtains, paints etc. Must visit if renovating home and after buying a new property. Free parking, café, toilets, convenient opening hours. Nice people + best prices.

    Online customer service didn't help with my issue of being over charged for an item. I emailed them and they asked first if I could contact the store, which I did but unfortunately they couldn't help as I was not able to go down to the store so I again emailed customer services explaining this and my email has been ignored. So many items on the shelves had either no pricing or wrong price and even wrong description. For this reason I wouldn't come back to the store as I might get overcharged again!

Praise to you Julia, Tasha and Melissa you have kept in touch to update me on a specific item. They are a credit to The Range brand and promote excellent customer experience. Well done all you are 100% customer focused. You have gone above and beyond and I appreciate your efforts you need to be recognised as bringing old school customer service back.

    Very poor customer service. Just asked where bail of straw is as shown on their Web site. Young lad pointed somewhere over there. Not kind reply you want. It's hard enough to find staff on floor to help and when you do reply...over there. Thought give it another go after not been in for a year. Sadly nothing changed. Stock everywhere. Floors so dirty. Had shopping went to till. Next thing I know girl left till and had just gone. So I just left shopping. Very poor service Floor needs cleaning H&s very poor stock every where.
