Found the coat I was after in store after looking on the New Look website & to my surprise it came with a discount ☺️. Good amount of stock on the shop floor. Store is clean & tidy. Rihanna was polite, friendly & provided excellent customer service. Thank you

Rude staff i brought a item received a email to say it has arrived.Went to collect showed my receipt was then asked if i had photo id.I replied no i asked why i needed it.Was told in case some one was using my receipt .I then said i have it on my phone the confirmation txt .The staff member and then the manager was very rude i felt like the pair of them was ganging up on me .Looking at the reveiws it seems these to have a problem with customer service.I will be reporting to head office as i recorded the whole conversation.Mean girls come to mind.
Disgusting customer service shown to my family member by the store manager who then denied being the store manager. Definitely taking this up with the head office, this woman shouldn't be in retail let alone be training others on how to do their job. It's funny how names are given out when they want a compliment but not a complaint.
I had come to store to return product. Tiana was very helpful and advised me how I can complete return formality online and I was able to finish it in time. She was very professional and I was really happy with customer service experience. Thank you
This is the closest store to me so it's a shame that the staff are not really helpful, especially when it comes to exchanges and refunds. The staff in bullring are much more willing to help and I usually end up going there after receiving no help here. I always receive excellent customer service in bullring. The handbags and shoes on display are always so dusty. I either order online or go into bullring. Cleanliness seems to be an issue here, even in the changing rooms. The staff also needs to pay attention and listen when making orders in store for customers, I had a parcel delivered to the wrong address because the lady had written my entire address incorrectly!
Great selection of affordable clothes, especially nice dresses. Really nice and helpful staff, relaxed vibes. Very easy to make returns in store, when you’ve bought online.
Went in to collect a package on a Sunday. Had already gone through the process online to speed up the time. Still waited over 10 mins to be seen. Only one worker on the till serving and collecting packages while the manager and another staff were chatted away. A line was forming and they never cared until the customers expressed they were short for time. But instead of helping as you would expect any member of staff to do, comments to be patient was shouted back.
Service was good. But very busy and sometime quite cramped. You can try on outfits in the changing rooms which is very good. The staff were very friendly and aproachable
As with a lot of high street retailers they seem to have lost customers. When I went in the stock was average not really any change, the staff could do with some customer service skills as they were more interested in talking amongst themselves
