   Lazy stuff! I Have been shopping with the toddler, who got tired, so i had to carry him around. And i had a few items, i planned to buy, but i lost a t-shirt which i wanted to buy. I have asked the employee to help me to find it, but she just lazily looked around saying she cannot see it. Seriously? The shop wasn't even busy, early in the morning! On the till, as well very unwelcoming and not knowledgeable lady. Haven't processed a refund without a receipt, and argued when i have explained she is wrong. Awful experience!

   Just been to this store, where a quilt was incorrectly labelled at £16.99 which I didn't think was "far too cheap" as they put it, it's a fairly average price for a quilt. I waited in a long queue and when I got to the till the woman told me it was incorrectly priced, they then spent 10 minutes deliberating about the price and made me feel as though I was to blame, like I had changed the label. They said you can tell someone has taken it off something else and put it onto this, it didn't look that way at all to me, otherwise I would've noticed and thought the same. Would be more than happy for anyone to check the CCTV, I was in the shop from around 13:15, wearing a green cardigan, I spent about half an hour deliberating whether to get it or not as was originally wanting a 15 tog and this was a lower tog. Was incredibly embarrassing having to argue with the checkout woman about it and then told it was going to be taken off sale for 24 hours. I've been shopping at tkmaxx for home stuff and clothing for years, it's usually my number one go to, now I feel put off ever going back there.

   Love TK.Maxx but the Tamworth shop has not got a lot to it. here is one interesting find in the store and i bought one of the handcraft bag. seem well weaved.
