Negative music played in store. The staff are always miserable and rude at the tills like they don’t want to be there.

The staff on the shop floor are friendly and helpful, they always make time to talk if I have a question. Been coming here for a number of years. I've seen them help carry furniture for people who are clearly capable just too lazy, they are constantly having to tidy as customers come in and have no respect, I would hate to see how some of these people live if they think it's normal to just throw clothes on the floor or open and test things in the shop. People leave reviews about a shop but fail to realise it's tidy before disrespectful customers enter! My only issue is the manager. He has no respect for his staff, I was in the shop and he is stomping around moaning at staff infront of customers. A poor leader gains no followers! The old manager was alot better he was always happy and willing to help. What ever 're shuffle has happened it's clearly not working!

To step into TK Maxx is to enter a dimension where the haute couture of Milan meets the frenetic energy of a last-minute car boot sale. This is not a store, my friends; it is an atelier of curated chaos, a fashion house for the truly discerning, and the slightly unhinged. The garments, draped with an artful nonchalance that whispers of a very, very tired stylist, are arranged not by season or collection, but by a divine and unknowable logic. Here, a sequined ball gown from a forgotten designer sits in quiet contemplation next to a pair of flip-flops from a brand you're almost certain is not a real brand. The racks are a catwalk for the bold, the brave, and the wearer of mismatched socks. The "Red Label," of course, is the pinnacle of this fashion pilgrimage. To find a garment with this hallowed tag is to be chosen by the fashion gods, to possess a piece of history that, while slightly stained or with a missing button, is a testament to your ability to hunt through the sartorial wilderness. The staff, with their weary yet knowing smiles, are not mere employees but fashion gurus, presiding over a daily changing collection of cashmere sweaters, truffle oil, and scented candles shaped like hedgehogs. It is an experience, a journey, a beautiful mess. And for a brief, glorious moment, as you clutch a designer handbag you found under a pile of children's pajamas, you, too, are a part of the fashion elite.

I recently visited TK Maxx and was thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of products available. The store layout was well-organized, making it easy to navigate through different sections, from clothing and accessories to homeware and gifts. I found some fantastic deals on designer brands at really affordable prices, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always available to help with any questions. They even went the extra mile to assist me in finding specific sizes and styles. One thing I particularly loved was the treasure-hunt feel of shopping here. There’s always something new and unique on the racks, which keeps the shopping experience fresh and exciting. I came in looking for a few specific items and ended up finding so much more than I had expected. The checkout process was smooth, and the cashier was polite and efficient. Overall, TK Maxx offers a great shopping experience with high-quality items at bargain prices. Whether you’re looking for clothing, home decor, or even gifts, it’s a fantastic place to find a wide range of products without breaking the bank. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves a good deal and enjoys discovering hidden gems!

TKMaxx isn't as great as it used to be. Average clothes, overpriced none of them designer, or very few in weird sizes. The bags are very expensive now, almost the same as of you bought from the source when it was current season. The one good thing is the jewellery, cute silver jewellery at a great price, good quality too. Shoes used to be great. There was a time I'd buy a pair every time I went in, but haven't seen anything nice for ages. Staff are friendly and the store is clean, but there are better places to shop.

Store was nice and clean, well spaced out and a nice selection of clothes. I needed shoes for my daughter but unfortunately the range wasn't as varied as I'd hoped.

Love this place! Great selection of items, designer brands at cheaper prices, friendly staff. Amazing selection in stuff for babies and children. They had some lovely rocking chairs for kids.

Lives up to its name of big brands at small prices. We managed to get some great deals including Levi's for £16 in the clearance section
