   Very nice place to shop. Staff are friendly and helpful when needed. It's mainly women's clothes. One end is homeware and the other end is men's wear, with children's clothes somewhere between home and women. Good selections, but if you want a larger size you need to get in when the new fashion comes in. Bigger sizes go quick.

   Easy to sell my car but your websites quote and what you actually are offered when you meet face to face is a disgrace. £1000 less. WOW. All my car needed was a wash and polish and it would look brand new, I was told it had a few blemishes and scratches, rubbish.

   Terrible trying to pay in cash. They prefer card payment. One window only for cash payers, returns and queries. I dumped the goods and left, bought what I wanted elsewhere.

   Went in today can't be served at a staffed till as its cash only terrible service. Then when I purchased a suit I couldn't use the 20% discount because they don't work on the Taylor and Wright brand but was told that's the only brand of suit they stock. It's no wonder that matalan is going under very bad customer service, I will not return again!!!!
