   I bought a jumper last week as a gift for my friend. However, it was too large for him. I would like to exchange it for a smaller size. I had the receipt, but out of nowhere, the manager was rude and told me that the jumper was moldy, so she couldn’t process the exchange. This incident happened on 19/09/2025. I should have gotten her name to report here.

   You've been selected for a random staff check at self checkout. Can't stop laughing at this one. What's the point of having a self checkout when you can't even trust your customers paying themselves :D Also, rude staff with stinky attitude! Told me to remove the tag from the shirt before I leave. So I won't return it. Unbelievable!

   Beautiful shop, something to look at, but not much to buy. Small assortment and the quality is not the best. I bought a cup, after a month of use it became very worn. There is a lot of stuff, you can't keep your eyes open and there are a lot of people.

   I’m really sorry to complain, but feel I have to. A Saturday in the height of Christmas shopping and to only have 1 staff member on the checkouts is ridiculous. Took at least 5 -10 mins before the poor employee got any help, then that was only 1 other. When I was in queue there were a lot of customer getting very frustrated. Then to top it all off scanner didn’t work so employee had to input all items. Felt really sorry for the employees for poor management.

   A very friendly and helpful male assistant on the ground floor helped my friend with her enquiry and refund. Unfortunately so many of the cash points were closed. But the care and attention from the guy who did serve us was exceptional.
