   Went in and sat in the kids section and waited around 10 minutes. Only one person being served in-front of me so decided to wait with my two year old. Ticket machine wasn’t on so I asked a worker should I take a ticket - she said yes, so I did and she would turn the machine on. She never did and the lady who was serving ahead of me, went to the till and was there for around another 10 minutes. No one serving in the kids section at all now and I am the only customer waiting. Three people behind the desk and only two customers at the cash desk. My toddler started to get stressed out, still no one approached and no workers to be seen. Ridiculous service. Walked out without my toddlers feet measured or any shoes after 20 minute wait.

   I went in this shop recently to have my feet measured and a lovely girl called Star helped me and was really kind! She did her job flawlessly and was really helpful and attentive. I can tell she works really hard, thank you Star!

   Visited the very busy store today to purchase school shoes for my 2 granddaughters, one being very fashion conscience and the other being near impossible to please due to having autistic traits with feel, comfort, materials etc. I was starting to feel quite overwhelmed as I was not managing to find the perfect shoe for either girls. Then along came Ruby and asked if we needed any help. She honestly was super patient with both of the girls, she was very professional the way she got the correct fit of shoe for each child, very knowledgeable about stock and so polite and helpful. Ruby truly made today so much better than our previous shoe shopping trips and she is such an asset to the store. Well done Ruby and thank you so very much for all your help today.

   There was a worker at Clarks in the McArthur Glenn outlet and she was ever so rude me and my family were patiently waiting to measure our feet when a lady came and started to chat with her and as my son sat down to get his shoes size she said that we had Pushed in even though we had been waiting patiently and through the entire time she was being racist and rude to my family.we felt very uncomfortable when she said to another customer right front of us that we have pushed in the queue when I was waiting their so patiently seemed like she didn't wanted to serve us. Very bad customer service.rest of the staff was very good.13/8/2025

   We took our daughter for her first pair of shoes and were served by Katie. She was great! She measured her feet and made her feel very comfortable and happy (as did the rest of the staff). Shoes were priced at about a third off the marked price, so good value too!

   Went to the outlet yesterday with very reluctant six year old granddaughter! Katie served us and took time to make granddaughter feel at ease! After measuring her feet she gave us a good selection of school shoes to choose from! Highly recommended for customer service! Will definitely be going there next time!

   Absolutely fab service from louisa. From the moment we walked through the door, she took our 1 year old daughters hand and treated her like a princess. Can highly recommend the service from this beautiful young lady. So thrilled in fact that we bought 2 pairs, she found her the perfect pumps and some cute boots. The other staff were kind, and the shop was great. So glad to have it on our doorstep. Thanks Louisa you're an absolute gem.

   We visited today as my 12 year old son needed new school shoes. We had great service from measuring his feet to finding the right pair for him. Katie was brilliant and so helpful and couldn't do enough for us to find the right pair of shoes for an awkward 12 year old!

   Amazing shop, big, clean, comfortable. Very pleased with the large selection of shoes! My husband and I have a hard time finding the right pair, but today we both left shop with boots! Thanks to Olena for her patience and help in choosing the pair! We were also happy to hear the Ukrainian language!
