   Came in today in urgent need for a durable pair of school shoes for my daughter who’s always running through pairs. and even though the shop was really busy the young man Belal who helped us out was amazing. He was very helpful and made the whole process stress free from measuring her feet to finding the right pair for her as she’s quite a picky girl. Really great customer service definitely will be returning!!

   There were two people on the shopfloor running around and being very busy they still managed to make time for me and ask how i was and what they could assist with. One of them without a full beard gave me boots that were expensive he then gave me a discount as he seen that i was shocked because of price. He made my day and his friend i assume was also a really nice caring guy. Cant wait to come back and see them again. Would definitely want to be seen by them

   Went there to get my son his first pair of shoes. The shop wasn't particularly busy and there were three members of staff casually standing around the cashier whilst I looked for suitable shoes. Another lady and her granddaughter were being seen to by two members of staff, so I sat down and waited my turn. One of the three members of staff casually walked over to the ticket machine and made a gesture that I was to collect a ticket to be seen to (eye roll - there was noone else waiting). I went to get a ticket and sat down again, waiting. A few minutes later one of the three casually came over to measure my sons feet. He had no smiles for us and was not good with children. It felt as though we were an inconvenience for disturbing their day.. My son had a complete melt down. He had been good as gold up to this point, but the guy was quite intimidating! He managed to measure his feet as a 5E, which I later questioned, and got remeasured at another Clarks. Turns out he is a 5F, so he doesn't have narrow feet afterall.

   Absolutely fantastic service from eraj. He did an absolutely smashing job at helping me find shoes and just made my day brighter. He was straight to the point and competant, something i think is hard to find these days. Give this guy a raise!!!! Loved his aura. Will come back soon to visit him for more shoes !!!!!!!!

   I was looking for a specific sandal which was unavailable as old stock in this store. I approached a young lady called Ellisse to ask if available and she was one of the most helpful assistants I have encountered. Within minutes she had located the item in size required asked if I would like her to order it for me and all with a smile. Transaction complete I left the store a very happy customer so thank you Ellisse you really were customer service at it's best. With staff like this I hope the company treats them as well as the staff treat the customers.

   Lady who sized my daughter was polite and friendly. Once she realised the store didnt have any shoes that would fit my daughter, her enthusiasm disappeared. We went back into the store an hour later to ask to get a pair ordered in, but the 3 members of staff that were standing at the till couldn't be bothered to look up and help us. We ordered shoes ourselves in the end. Wont ever go back here.
