   Not a massive Clarks store but very good customer service. Served by Latiya (not sure on spelling) she measured my son's feet as requested and told me which shoes were appropriate size wise. My son chose shoes and she checked the fit for us recommending half a size up which worked perfectly. No hard sell (which always puts me off) and accommodated our needs. Thank you!

   Came to get my son some schools shoes from the clarks branch at the fort. All i can say is Bad bad bad service from the clarks manager sarah. Ive never came across such a vile, rude really bad attitude manager in my life .she has no customer service skills at all . The way she treated customers and even my partner was disgusting. Who ever hired her needs to review her as a manger she's not fit to be one. She needs sacking . She is arrogant and horrible. Never been treated so bad by anyone before even her staff were shocked and disgusted by her behaviour.

   Went there on the evening around 7pm hoping it would be quieter as it's school season. I was wrong and the kids section was busy with people sitting everywhere. I stood around for 10 minutes wondering who was getting served and who wasn't. I seen one member of staff serving and another dealing with a customer whilst all other customers where sitting around waiting. I couldn't tell if there was a queue or what was going on. There were no staff to greet or nobody to ask for help. Just customers everywhere whilst only one was been attended too. After 10 mins I walked out irritated. Luckily I managed to buy shoes from elsewhere up the fort for a cheaper price so I guess it was meant to be. Clarke's are not what they used to be anyway. For the last couple of years they do not last very long due to holes in the sole or front coming off. I always end up buying another pair for my son which I did due to the wide fit option. But I won't be doing this anymore, they are definitely not worth the price and I will be buying elsewhere from now on.

   Absolute awful experience! Clarks staff here have no clue what they are doing, the store wasn't even as busy considering it's back to school but there was no system being followed, staff looking lost, taking forever finding shoes in the stock room, bringing out the wrong shoes or duplicate shoes again, 1 lady measured my daughter first brought out a pair of shoes and left us to it then went onto serve someone else then I had to ask another staff member if she was free to help us who had no idea what she was doing! What happened to Clarks Customer Service and sticking to the same customer until the sale?! It was a total shambles and the worst experience I've had in any Clarks store. I myself was a Clarks employee and we made sure we saw the customer through to the end in a timely and efficient manner with proper training. The staff here need re-training, even the manager agreed but wasn't of much help! Over an hour spent with no shoes in the end.

   Over 10 years of buying school shoes for my two kids from Clarke’s and never had a situation that the shoes have not lasted a school year. In this last school year both kids (ages 11 and 13) shoes did not survive normal usage. Clarkes only give you 6 months to be able to bring them back with an issue. Two sets of shoes for my two kids - disappointed. Local store (Fort Dunlop) were sympathetic but did nothing but suggest keeping the receipt for next time!

   I have just been to the store at the Fort with my mother who suffers from altzimers and dementia. She has behavioural issues and started acting up before we got into the store......the lady who served us was so very kind, understanding and patient. I would just like to say a massive thank you to her, mum wasnt the easiest of customers, so thank you so much for all your help and kindness.

   The store manager Gorge at the fort Birmingham is very rude & refused to follow standard practice! If the product is faulty within 6 months customers have the right to a refund or replacement! Thanks to Ian at customer service for sorting out this issue. 5 stars for Ian

   Went in last wk for school shoes for my two sons. Was served by zara, excellent customer service she chatted to my boys and made them comfortable and was patient with their superhero attitude lol. Excellent assistant amongst all the panicked members of staff. Left with shoes for my sons and my father, very happy with her service!! Definitely coming back!
