   We had the best experience with Henry. Always go to him when we are in store. He is very professional and well mannered. Goes above and beyond to delivery great customer service. He needs to be appointed the manager. I went in for trainers and he wasn’t there on this particular day and I didn’t feel the same customer satisfaction ☹️

   Went here looking for a pair of shoes for my nieces graduation we were served by Sabah who was very professional, she didn't try to sell things we didn't need and they had exactly what we were looking for, for a very good price and ended up buying 6 pairs of shoes. Sabah was very professional and courteous and gave us advice on what we were looking for, it was a pleasure visiting this store today and very pleased with the service we received. I highly recommend this store.

   This was a disappointing experience. I drove half an hour today to pick up a pair of shoes, only to discover as soon as I got back to my car that the metal embellishment had already fallen off. I immediately returned to the store to request an exchange, but they didn’t have another pair in stock. The only solution they offered was to reorder the shoes, meaning I would have to come back again for another trip. Left with no other option, I chose to get a refund. Not a single apology, not even a friendly smile—just a frustrating waste of my time. An hour of driving, and this is the result.

   Excellent shopping experience every time with Schuh, they have a 365 day return period which is unheard of and the staff are always personable without being annoying. The staff training for schuh must be really good. Always well stocked, easy to order & stores are clean & well staffed.

   Great service. Went in just looking for my little girl. shop assistant came over and advised that they do measuring, got her measured and decided on a pair of Vans. She continued to check the sizing and even tried on a different size just to make sure. Didn't catch her name but she was very helpful and attentive! :)
