Strongly not recommended Bought shoes on 07/12/2025. Very poor quality — broken within days. Customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional: my call was cut and then rejected. Despite explaining that my child was mocked at school because of the faulty shoes, they showed no concern and made an upsetting situation worse.
They behave so rudely. And everything is so expensive though the shoe quality is not good. The Worst shop ever!

Rude behaviour bad customer service
Helpful staff but they’re quite pushy after you’ve bought something and try to coerce you to buy several other items. It can feel quite awkward, I wish they would just let you buy the item you want and leave. It feels like a very ‘back home’ experience.
They have a wide variety even for my fussy daughter. We always end up there in the end after looking elsewhere. Staff are usually quick to tend to enquiries.
This shop is really good u can get everything in shoes or sandals. And customers service is good too. There is one more sandal house with falak shop. They are really bad there is a scary lady she doesn't know how to deal with customers. Really moody.but this sandal house is 110% good
