   On 24 December at 2:15 pm I wanted to try on some clothes. Unfortunately, the fitting rooms were already closed. I was informed that this was the manager’s decision, so I asked to speak to her. The manager told me that they close the fitting rooms earlier in order to be able to close the shop on time, at 4:00 pm (!). I asked if she could make an exception for me, as I needed to choose clothes for a funeral. She refused very firmly. Very disappointing — especially at what is supposed to be a festive, compassionate time of year.

   One of the last nice clothes shops left in Redditch Kingfisher Centre .. nice bright , big shop , with ladies , men’s and kids clothing , footwear gifts , and accessories! Has changing rooms too ! Lovely helpful staff . Can order online and collect in store too ! Please never close our New Look

   I like New Look, however they need to sort their sizes out. So much smaller than other shops. I'm a standard 14. Nothing fits there. Probably have to go up two sizes.

   Can't fault the shop, it's one of the best Redditch has to offer. The customer service is hit and miss from time to time. Sometimes you have great interaction with the staff at the tills, and other times they just talk to one another about their social lives and getting their brows done. *Yawn*

   This is my local store and it is excellently stocked. The customer service is beyond good and the staff are always so helpful. The range of choice is brilliant for a store not in a city and it is well maintained. The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help. I use the c&c service to this store alot and every order is always here on time. The store is well set out and easy on the eye. All in all this Redditch store is fantastic and highly worth a visitor if not just to speak to the staff instore - brilliant people at all levels.
