   A most excellent shopping experience was had by all parties. I attended Sue Ryder with my good friend Jack who likes it in there so much he has kitted his whole house out with their items. After careful consideration we purchased two wine glasses which we subsequently took to the Harvester for morning brunch and drank tepid orange from. Delicious. The staff in the shop are very pleasant and went the extra mile by reheating a cold bacon and egg bap I had purchased from Greggs. On a side note avoid Greggs like the plague they are a bunch of charlatans. To sum up id highly recommend this place. Massive shout out to DA Gardening who have just got some new (to us) Stihl kit in.

   Terrible experience. Was booked in for a house full of furniture to be collected after a relative passed away. Cancelled the collection the day before. We’ve been travelling over 150 miles a day to clear the property as we don’t live in the midlands. Now have to find someone short notice before we have to hand back the property to the landlord. Just what you need when you are trying to deal with the loss of a relative.

   My mom of 81 brought me and my sister a budda for our garden when I returned from holiday I opened the box to find the buddy all broken on the side so called my sister and she said hers was the same but mom being mom either didn't ask for a recite or lost it I took mine back they refused to help me even though she admitted it was one of their products no refund no credit note they said we wouldn't sell it like that well how come my sisters is broken exactly the same place certainly won't be buying or donating to sue ryder ever again Contacted by customer service I thought they were going to get sone help but all I got was a arrogant person who hadn't read my email still won't be shopping at your shop sue ryder neither are our family and friends

   Visited here today I loved my experience the shop was nice clean and organised, there are so many good pieces in here. I brought a little ornament, will definitely visit again, also the prices were very reasonable.

   Bought a older type of hand mower from the shop. Manager helpful so I was pleased 15 pounds for delivery. When it came the metal bar was broken count attach the box to collect grass. Went back to shop after I rang n they fetched it back. I was very upset as no refund on delivery although sold faulty goods. There was no apology. They sold me a faulty goods . I got fifteen pounds back.i suggested be very careful when buying from there. I wont be going g in dreadful. Especially without any apology.
