Sylvia’s customer service skills were outstanding whilst visiting this store. She dealt with an issue I had with an item purchased and was extremely helpful and empathetic, I can’t thank her enough for her 5* service. Sylvia is a credit to the company.
Josh and Jane were both brilliant with the purchase of my dads watch for his birthday. Made us feel welcome and dealt with us with patience/care and were very friendly, helpful and pleasant-nothing was too much trouble for them, They gave loads of information and they gave a fantastic service all round

Called in to buy some earrings for my wife’s birthday, didn’t really know what I wanted but Sylvia was really patient and took the time to show me different styles. Really pleased with what I got and my wife loves them.
Not happy at all as staff cannot do job right as my rings that I got measured for was wrong now got to wait again Not impressed at all as its my engagement and eternity ring was really happy to get a text to say was ready but when I got to shop tried them on couldn't get it over my knuckle very upset indeed
I was after some earrings for my daughter who was struggling with pierced ears that won't heal. The young lady that served me Demi or Dani I think, was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We looked at lots of styles and decided on gold studs. They were packaged nicely and not overpriced.
