Disappointed in the service today. I asked a questions about a pair of earrings. And got a very rude response from one of the members of staff. Very disappointed in the way I was treated today.
Lovely service in-store from Rachel today. I came in for an exchange of a gift on behalf of my wife and she was absolutely helpful and lovely. Thanks Rachel - really appreciated the high level of customer service and friendliness - will definitely recommend the in-store experience to others. Cheers
I bought several items from the Sutton Coldfield branch, paid for it and the staff agreed to gift wrap the items whilst I went to do my other shopping. When I got home, the boxes were not wrapped just put into a gift bag, one of the necklace was loose in the box with packaging missing. I expected better for the price I paid.
Hi everyone, I ordered an item online. It did not reach me unfortunately. I have been left to "sort it out for myself" after pleading with a particular employee for help. It has resulted in no reply. It is not about the item (a clearance item worth approx £90), but the principle. I hope this review can help someone make a wise decision not to order online and be left hanging, upset and a bit disappointed.
